On the 2nd May, I reported an incorrect debit order on my account. Tshego promised to have it correct. this was not done. An account arrived on 15th May still in a mess!!! I phoned and was promised a revised account would be sent for both myself and my wife, who has not received an account for March or April. Nothing arrived. The excuse, when you can get through is they are UPGRADING. This has been going on now since the beginning of May. It seems as though whoever is doing the upgrading, hasn't a clue what they are doing. Today I have spent over an hour trying to get through to virgin, without any success. It is about call balances changing daily when requesting balances on 4 cell phones. The changes are in the hundreds.
