Beginning of March my husband and I moved over to Momentum Health's Multiply plan, to be active as of the 1st April 2013. All the paperwork has been done and signed with Momentum and with Virgin Active Bryanpark, and I confirmed that our existing contract was cancelled. On the 15th April, Virgin Active went ahead and deducted another debit order. Thanks to this, there was not sufficient funds for my car insurance to go off, I did NOT make arrangements for this amount! I now have NO CAR INSURANCE!!! I have been dealing with Ruth at Bryanpark, who promised that the money will be back in my account by Tuesday 16th lunch time. I called back on the 17th, more promises and today Friday 19th, still NO REFUND!!! Virgin Active you are very QUICK to take money OUT of my account that is lawfully NOT yours, but I now have to scream and shout to try and get it back from you. If something happens to my car, I will keep you responsible for the damages. Did I get the promised call backs? No. Teach your staff some manners as well, when I introduce myself as Louise, do NOT call me "Loo" I am NOT your buddy, but a P OFF member. When will I get my refund???
