No Response!!!

I received an sms from VIRGIN MOBILE NETWORK, for promotional purposes, saying i will receive 1000 free smses. Two weeks later, I still received nothing, then, i phoned them and they said IT department will contact me. Saying they have high call volumes and the same problem occurring everywhere. I called back 3 times after that receiving the same excuse and same empty promises. Its painfully annoying dealing with incompetent mobile services who cant even help you with such a small problem.
