STRUGGLING WITH A REFUND FOR THE SECOND TIME

I have asked to cancel my contract in March and they only gave me feedback in April and send me a settlement fee which i paid the same week. then took a debit order on the end of april after the settlement was paid and then i struggled to get my refund after 3 weeks. now the same thing. took another debit order the end of may. im no longer a member for 2 months now. now im struggling for another refund again. 2 weeks already and I have to call in everyday to ask for feedback. apparently Gloria Liebenberg at head office is off sick and nobody can help me now. I took off from work to get a bank statement and send it to hennopsview the same day to prove that they took a debit order again. no fax line as its broken. had to get it scanned and send it... nothing more from my side to do, still waiting now for 7 days for any feedback or refund date! Ive asked even to talk to the CGM. apparently there isnt even one.
