NO RESPONSE - POOR SERVICE

For the past 3 months (since unlimeted access) was removed from MTN for Blackberry, i have not been able to do any downloads. I reported this on my MTNSP profile query - 100111105 (15.05.2013) and have still received no feedback. i went to an mtn store where they told me i needed to buy data to download which i did 500mb @ R120.00 a month. I downloaded 1 item and now am getting the same error messages as before. I am STILL waiting for answers from MTN. I have had my MTN contract for 10 years now and will DEFINATELY be cancelling both my contracts if this is not resolved immediately as i am paying for a service that is useless!
