6 weeks and still no response

My Cell C bill received in April (for March), contained one particular transaction for which I was being charged over R800.00.
This was for 850 MB on a single transaction.

I went through the call centre and logged a call requesting details of this transaction.
I was told someone would call me back within 24 working hours. This did not happen. I have had to call back and re-register an incident over 7 times. Still no joy.
They keep saying that it's being escalated. I have requested to speak to a team leader or supervisor, to no avail (six weeks later)
After the fourth week, someone phoned, but only let it ring once, and then sent an sms, stating they had tried to call, but that my transaction was "valid".
Valid? I need a website address or URL to confirm.
This is like a horror story where the council sends a R10 000 bill, and refuses to let you see the meter.

I don't have any video on my phone and my phone requests me link to wifi, if an app is more than a couple of MB.
Anyway there are no apps that are 850 MB in size.
I can break down the usage on my phone, so I know that I have not downloaded the data.

Either verify which website, or reimburse my funds Cell C.
