Port of cellnumber and activation of new sim

I ported my cellphone number from Cell C to Vodacom Monday afternoon4 February 2013 at Vodacom branch of The Grove shopping Mall in Pta East about 13h30.
Cell C sim stopped working at 23hoo on Monday. It is now 13h00 on Wednesday and still the sim card
of Vodacom has not activated.

Customer service on Vodacom promised to get back to me after finding out what problem was -
that was 06h49 this morning, it is now 13h00 and no feedback yet.
