Should of told me S4 is coming out a week later!

Cell c direct phoned me with an offer to upgrade to galaxy s3 but did not tell me that the s4 s being released a week late at almost the same monthly amount! i feel they should of told me that the s4 is coming if I wished to wait a little longer!
