Complaint logged on 30/04/2013 no response (BIS)

Good Day

I have loged a complaint on MTN Active on 30/04/2013 and up to today i have not received a response.

Here is the complaint:

I have realized yesterday (29/04/013) that BIS (BlackBerry INTERNET Service) is no longer free on any of my contracts.

Firstly I have 2 contracts with you and they do have BIS.

Whenever I access Facebook or Twitter using the application that you get from BlackBerry World I get charged for the data. I have also realised that whenever I access the internet (mobile sites like Google mobile) I also get charged data charges.

I have a problem with this as I never got charged for this before. Please sort this out ASAP.

I have also checked the Terms and conditions on the day of logging this and according to it the BIS for existing contract will remain the same up to the date that the contract expires.

Reply already. i have been waiting 22 days.
