Pathetic service

I am very upset with the way Mtn treated me. My last complaint has not been resolved as yet but yet they have a nerve to suspend my account, clearly this proves to me that there is no customer service at Mtn. They don't how customers should be treated. I want them to make sure that 3 months from now, my account is closed and I don't want any calls from them regarding the upgrades I am done with them. Atleast now I know that if I want a new handset I will never approach Mtn.
