Cell C get your act togethe

After a report on Hello Peter, and then Cell C phoning and asking me not to put them on Hello Peter but phone them direct - I have phoned probably ten times and my issues are still not resolved. I have just had a rude Consultant tell me in her tone of her voice that I am bad. I am a little tired of people not phoning back when they say they would or e-mailing or half truths. I would really suggest that you if you are thinking of changing to Cell C you reconsider.
