Data dispute 5months late

I have a dispute with the company about the excess data used and have been at it for 5 months! I requested URL data for the time in question, sent the signed forms, was told that it would take 4to6 weeks(???) to get the results from Vodacom and now after 6 weeks I am told it takes 8 weeks. The company takes my money in 5seconds every month but offloading the requested data takes 8 WEEKS! I am at a loss as to how long this saga is meant to carry on. The service cannot be poorer!!!
