The communication from billing is unacceptable.
Constantly disconnect my girlfriend's service when she has fully paid.
Charges are also incurred every month for usage not done by her.
Today her services have been suspended again because an upgrade fee has been unpaid? Yet when asked to provide information on previous invoices to this affect nothing can be produced.
She was also expected to make payment based on an sms received after her services were suspended. As we all know phishing is a major issue and why on earth would a payment be made to a bank account provided in an sms! Please get in contact with her ASAP to rectify!
