THREE MONTHS AGO, IN FEBRUARY, I DID AN UPGRADE FROM A BLACKBERRY 9780 TO A SAMSUNG S3.
HAVING UPGRADED, MY BIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CANCELLED... ITS NOW THREE MONTHS AND IM STILL BEING CHARGED. EVERY TIME I CONTACT THE SALESLADY THAT ASSISTED SHE SAID SHE DID SENT AN EMAIL TO CANCEL THE BIS BT SAY'S THAT SHE'LL FIND OUT AND GET BACK TO ME. NOT ONCE HAS SHE RETURNED MY CALL!!! THIS IS GETTING FRUSTRATING NOW AND IM BEING CHARGE R60.00, FOR BIS, EVERY MONTH FOR NOTHING!!!..
