Hi there

I would here wish to express my utter disappointment and disgust with your service received at the Gardenroute Mall, in George.

My Blackberry 9300 contract was close to expiring, so I went into the branch for an upgrade. This was on the 4th of June 2013.

I was assisted by an sales person Anele Matshisi. I upgraded to Samsung Galaxy S4, on a 24month MTN Anytime 200 Top Up.

All other services was cancelled, but I cannot understand why my BIS was not cancelled. This resulting in me, paying R59 x 7 months = R413, for a service that I did not use AND which should have been cancelled, as I did not require the service anymore with my new phone.

I can still understand if my initial contract didn't reach it maturity date yet, that I would be charged for 2 months, as my understanding is, that you can upgrade from up to 22months. But 7 months??? That's just wrong.

Can you please look into the matte for me and please revert back to me with feedback. I would appreciate that very much.
