My business is wanting to resell Telkoms fax2email service, but no one at Telkom knows what "resell" means or that they supply this service! I've been passed along from department to department and at every department they keep asking me to call 10217 and follow all the no. 1 prompts until someone picks up. When someone picks up they ask me to do the same thing or they ask me to call some random number that either doesn't exist or the person that answers does not know what "reselling" means. Typical Telkom, just keep passing the buck from one department to another!
