Bad service taken to a new level

I cannot believe the shocking service that I am getting from Cell C. It is almost as bad as their cellphone reception! I have logged 2 complaints in the last 2 weeks but have still not received any help. This is either that they DO NOT want to help or CANNOT help due to incompetence!
