Slow Interner & Cellphone disconnecting

I have 3 Vodacom contracts, a cellphone, internet and ipad contract. My cellphone keep on disconnecting when I speak or breaking up, I think it is the network. My internet is very slow and sometimes doesn't work. I have raised this as an issue before earlier this year and was told that there will be a new tower constructed at a shopping centre in my area which would solve this problem and it will take 2 months, more than 2 months later and nothing has been done. Does Vodacom think they can and it will solve the issue, they even told me they received more than 80 complaints from various other people in the same area. Not perhaps a reason to actually do something about it?
