I recently got married and spent 2 weeks in France. I turned off my data, made few calls & sms's yet my phone bill was higher than my husband's. I or email addresses so you start the complaint at ground zero again each time. I did not make so many sms's and they have me smsing when I was skiing, sleeping etc and their records are SO different to my phone records. I have been given the run around for over three weeks. Very conveniently the first two days show who I sms'd and are correct but thereafter the sms's go wild and all become a general roaming number. I have asked to see WHO i sms'd and both Altech Autopage and Vodacom keep just sweeping me under a rug. I have been very persistant and now they say that they will only give me the records of who I sms'd and how they billed if is sign a form that says... o I undertake to keep this information Private and Confidential, and not divulge it to anyone else
o I will not use this information in any civil, criminal or other matter, including any matter between Vodacom (Pty) Ltd and all suppliers. So they will only say it is correct but they will not show me unless I sign... HOW CAN THIS be allowed, such bullying!!!
