I am so disgusted right now. I had internet issues for over 2 weeks caused by telkom, after sending out 4-5 technicians who knew nothing the problem was finally fixed. I phoned the manager at the bloem brach (Tiger) he was decent and promised me that I would get a good credit for the time my line was done and that I should wait for my statement, so I did. None the less my connection was disconnected because I was late a few days. So I phoned bad highly annoyed and ended up having to pay a large amount just to get my line reconnected. In the 2 weeks that my line was down I could not do any work and I lost a huge amount of money. Today I get my new statement with not only a R125 re connection fee but a pathetic amount of credit, lets say not even enough to buy a 2ltr coke. I find this not only unfair but extremely. I get R17 back for not having internet for 2 weeks and I have to pay a re connection fee. At this moment in time I am so angry I dnt even know if what Im saying makes sense, oh and I can not phone support cause they are closed. Wow really??? The biggest communication company in the country wants a tea break on Sundays.
