Extremely Poor Customer Service

I took a contract from Auto Page in Gateway for a modem which i pay R200 a month. This contract is now 9 months old. I gave in the modem for repairs on the 3 Febuary as it stopped working. Never in my life have i seen such poor customer service as i never received 1 call from anyone at the branch to let me know what was going on with the repairs or if they would replace it. Today is 35 working days and after going to the store about 7 times and several phone calls they now tell me that the modem cant be repaired and they cant replace the modem. I have paid for 2 months and was not able to use it. Why should i be paying for something i cant use. My terms and conditions state that i have a 2 year warranty and it will be replaced, but according to Lionel at the Gateway branch there is nothing they can do about it. There head office is just as useless. I have called there several times and a Lerato was suppose to get back to me but i am still waiting. I tried to get a hold of the franchisee Shamal, left several messages still no response. Why do we hard working South Africans have to always be ripped off by these companies who are making millions from us. Awaiting your reply.
