Problem with cansellation of contract

Prior to the 17 April 2013 I request the cancelation of my Mobile contract, On the 17th of April I spoke to Carmin Fisher, A lady at Altech, who told me that there is a outstadning balance required in order for cancelation to take place, I then on the 17th Made this payment and faxed through the proof of payment. I then waited for proof of cancelation from altech, and till today have no Joy, Note today is the 16th Of May 2013. In this time I contacted several people in different departments for help or advise to get my notification of cancelation, and again no joy. Frustrated I requested that they stop transferring my call from person to person as everytime they transfered me, I had to go through the same procedure only to get no answer. Eventually after numerous phone calls I got through to a Janine Pierce, she confirmed that she found the proof of payment and sent it off to the finance department and that she will be in contact with me, again no one has bothered to do their job and contact me. Till today altech can't find the payment, wont release my paperwork I requested and refuse to help me, And still today I am getting billed.
