Telekom no service again!!!

On the 9th Jan I reported a noisy line by the 11th I had no line or Internet connection, having reported the problem every day just to be. Told that the problem is being sorted out I've received 2 SMS 's stating that the
Problem is now sorted out, BULL $@? &!!! Wake up you incompetent jokes still no line or Internet, how am I to generate income to pay one of the most expensive tel services in the world with the worst service record. Am I to Pay the full bill like I hade to in November 2012? please look up and see that for 5 weeks I had no service as well
