5 Weeks without service

I have been waiting for telkom to sort out a problem for the past 5 weeks. Initially our lines were apparently, then 3 weeks later we found out that everybody around us has lines working, except us. Today, 2 weeks later, I still dont have working telephone or ADSL line, and everytime I am told, it depends on the fault, they will send someone out to investigate. When I phoned on 14/05/2013, I was told that the previous weeks' promise was not even escalatedto the relevant department, so for a whole week nothing was done. This is seriously the worst I have ever been through. How can you not supply a service that we pay for, for 5 weeks? Today, the lady I spoke to dropped the phone while I was talking to her. And still nobody can tell me what the problem... Typical!!!
