Poor network signal, worse customer service

I recently obtained an Iphone 5 with cell c. My contract is fairly expensive offering free minutes, smses and data. Over the last 2 months I have been experiencing the worst network signal ever, regardless of my location. At first people could not reach me on the phone and got voicemail without the phone even ringing then I get an SMS saying I had missed calls. Then if I tried calling out, the call always fails and if the call goes through the person on the other side cannot hear me. Hereafter things got worse, I never ever have a 3G connection and if I do ever pick up 3G, it still never works including the Edge connection I have. But not only this, now if I send smses (even to different people) the SMS does not get delivered. I have to resort to switching the phone off and on for the SMS to go through. I contacted customer care over a week ago and even sent the technical department screenshots of the problem with their network log sheet. I have followed up everyday about when I can get a response and I keep getting told, the day after. It's been more than a week and I am still waiting. Paying for a contract where i get none of the benefits. Unacceptable service.
