I went to mtn and waited for half an hour before being served by an unfriendly and moody sales assistant at the newcastle mall mtn. I kindly asked her if she could upgrade my current contract from top up 100to a top up 200since I am paying 329 anyway for samsung s3. She just said no refused no vaild reason. I am disturb that mtn service is sooo unhelpful. I just got the contract recently and I wouldn't and even minded extending it for few more months if I could be placed on mtn 200
