Complete disregard of Customer Rights

Firstly I would like to start this off by saying that what I have to say does not fit into the 1200 allotted characters available to me. Not even 1/10th of what I have to say can fit here.
COMPLAINT:
I spoke to a sales person and asked her these questions before purchasing the device. 'If I reach my 5gb limit, will the line be stopped or will I be billed for any add. Additional usage without being notified.' Her response: 'No, your line will be stopped and you will have to buy extra data bundles to continue to use the internet'. I agreed to this and signed the Super Fast internet 5G (plus modem) contract contract.
This was on the 1st of Dec 2010. After a few days still in my cool off period I opted to cancel the contract. It never happened. Not only didnt it happen they billed me for 3 years without letting me know a single time that it was still being billed. I received no invoices, no calls. Since then it has been a constant war to get my consumer rights acknowledged.
For 3 years they have been billing me for a product I do not have. I have an entire log from the occurrences that I will share with media ect if needed.
Cell C is not a company that cares about its customers at all.
