Keep getting cut off!

I have been trying to get a quote all morning! I call the number 012 311 3911 and ask for a quote then I get transferred and the agent don't even greet you have to say hello as theres only dead air! Then they say hello back and the call gets cut! Seriously?! ALL I want to know is what the cost is to have a number installed? We already have a line installed there as the previous owners had it done I just want to know how much the phone and number would cost! Can anybody assist me!?
