No 3G despite the 3G sign showing

I complained on the 06-05-13 regarding the 3G not working in my area roshnee vereeniging.i was given the reference no TT-1790414 and i was promised they would contact me and sort it out unfortunately i was not contacted and nor was it sorted out.i telephoned them again on the 13-05-13 and was given the ref no 3051301404 to no avail.it looks like you do not want my business despite me having a contract and a prepaid no ported from vodacom.unfortunately your service is pathetic and so is your network.i regret ever taking out a contract with you and cant wait for it to terminate.your data service never works between 7pm and 10pm.i notice your answer to complaints is not to sort the problem rather you ignore it and the complaints.im not speaking for myself there are many others who are fed up and considering porting.
