Contract

Due to unforeseen circumstances iv been retrench and I cannot afford my contract. I have tried to sell my phone to pay off the contract but failed as well as getting someone to take over the contract failed. I approached the head office (Greenacers Port Elizabeth), I gave them a affidavit as well as my retrenchment letter and went in to hand my phone in with all the documents. I got a call a week later saying they cannot help me I must pay my contract but with what MONEY. I have 16 months left on the phone and I just cannot afford it, Y is there no insurance in place for situations like this!!! It is just pathetic that no one can help me I simply get told I must just pay the contact each month.
