We upgraded my wife's contract in April 2013 at this branch. On 10 May 2013 w received a invoice a month later for double the price. We went back to this branch and aked the agent to explain why. We then found out that we were charged for Blackberry internet service (My wife has a Samsung Galaxy, not a Blackberry) also charged for transfer fees which was not discussed when we upgraded. After asking the agent if we can take it with the manager, we were told the manager is in a meeting. Our detals were taken and the agent said we will be contacted that same day. We received a call back the Monday 13 May @ 16H55? Just a voicemail to call back. We went to the branch waited in another queue, while in the que, i phoned the manager, but the phone went to Voicemail. So much for even thrying to sort out the problem. There is a trophy in the shop for "Shop of the Month"... The idea of that is laughable! There is no Queuing system. 7 Desks and never more than 3 agents who can not be rushed, even though if there is a queue standing out the door! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER MTN! YOU CANNOT CHARGE SOMEONE FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NOT DISCUSSED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
