POOR SERVICE

I am a MTN subscriber and I received a LETTER OF DEMAND from Shapiro Shaik Defries stating that I need to pay them as soon as possible or you will list me, yet I never received no calls or sms's or any kind of communication from MTN asking me have a paid my account or why haven't I, you just hand me over. I do not want to deal with them I want to deal with MTN so can you please get someone to call me so I can make a payment arrangement with you guys a.s.a.p.
