Failure to sort out simm card problem

Since Jan2013 I am unable to send sms, can however receive. phone call after phone call to customer services brought no relief.as they send new settings but the problem persist. I live in Jeffreys Bay and have driven to Port Elizabeth twice to have the problem sorted, but still no joy. I have written three emails to customer services, responding with automated email, my call will be answered within the next 48-72hrs, but nothing happens. my bundle includes 100 sms per month of which I can use none. the simcard was tested in other handsets with the same result. WHAT DO I STAND TO DO?
