Neotel continues with appaling customer "service"

Just when i thought my problem with Neotel has been sorted out, after they admited they have late-debit my account, after contract was terminated - things gotten worse beyond what any reasonable person can expect.

This is UNBELIVABLE!!!

After i reported them on Halo Peter - they have maliciously passed my name to Macrobert (debt collection) agency instructing them to black-list me - and reason given was that i am owing them some made up ammount of money. After i contacted Macrobert and show them relevant information that proves who is real culprit here, and who owes money to whom (they have acknowledged that they need to credit me) - Macrobert have suspended their debt case file against me.

So, after their admission of wrong doing - they act maliciously by attempting to destroying my credit rating - simply because i have dared to write an complaint against them. I hope this report gives stern warning to any potential customers - THINK TWICE before you sign up anything with Neotel. Avoid them at all costs. Either they are unbeleivably crooked and malicious company or uncompetent beyond beleif. Either way - consumer loose and they win. SHOCKING experience
