Not Cancelling Contract

I cancelled my contract a couple of months ago only to discover that Nashua Mobile never auctioned my request. No I'm liable for another two year term and have to pay for an outstanding monthly contract fees that were not used. This is typical the poor service delivery that we as South Africans has to become accustomed to. Do not make use of their service. It's a rip off. Even if you try to resolve your issue you have to hold for ages to speak to a supervisor. The problem is now if I refuse to pay them they will black list me affecting my credit rating. Pathetic company
