I PHONED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES AGAIN TODAY AND WAS TOLD THAT YOUR BILLING DEPARTMENT HAS NOT EVEN LOOKED AT THE REFERENCE No:99289729 AND I FIND THIS NOT TO BE ACCEPTABLE FOR A LARGE COMPANY LIKE MTN THAT THEY DON'T EVEN CARE ABOUT THERE CLIENTS. SHOULD I CANCEL MY CONTRACTS WITH MTN AND GO ELSE WHERE OR ARE YOU GOING TO FIX IT AND REIMBURSE ME WITH THE AMOUNT YOU TOOK OFF MY ACCOUNT PLUS INTEREST
