Im on ITC for a seltled acount

I wanted to buy a house and i know i have a good credit record, but for some reason Telkom put me on ITC for a setled account, and now i cant get 100% loan from any bank. I signed an offer to purchase and its about to expire, because it takes 20 days for Telkom to update my account details on ITC
