I cancelled my Telkom account last year and do not owe any money on the account, but my record on ITC shows that this account is still active. I tried calling Telkom, but I am being sent from pillar to post and no one seems to know who is responsible to update this record on ITC. I need this resolved as soon as possible as it affects a lot of things in my life.
