Cant give feedback

Hi there

I am just having a problem with my account. I am needing to give feedback and change a complaint to a compliment however when I go to customer zone and I go to the give feedback option it says there are no reports for my search criteria. My reports only come up when I click on the last reports within 12 months option. A also cannot delete any reports nor can I change a complaint to a compliment. Your help in this regard will be appreciated.
