Cant Contact Vodacom Users

To Whom it concerns,
For the last two weeks we have been having problems with our MTN network, When I'm in a certain area (East London - Gonubie/East Coast Resorts Road Area) we cant get through to any Vodacom numbers. I have queried it at MTN, got no response as yet to why this is happening. It would be nice to be informed what's going on and when the problem would be fixed.
