Airtime reduce from R1 550 to R900 in 4 days

My Airtime was R1 517.15 on the 30th of April and on the 9th of April R1 1125 and today at 8am R1 395 and now at 13h00 only R919.95 without me using my mobile.
I have continuosly phoned the call centre with either no reply or just get cut off. I have send 20 emails and got a email back on Friday the 10th -
" Hi Valuable Customer,
We have recently upgraded our systems and some customers may be seeing incorrect balances in relation to airtime or sms's.
This issue is currently being rectified and we thank you for your patience.

The Customer Care Team"

and today 4 days later not correction just a reduction on my airtime.
You dont get answers from anybody. The call centre and custormer service just ignore you.
I need my account to be corrected today or I will cancel my contract, seeing that Virgin Mobile is taking money out of my airtime account. I am sure this is illegal and breach of contract.

I was holding on the call line now for 45 minutes without a person answering!!
that is champ service!
