I have been complaining about this refund for over a month. I cannot get hold of you, when I do I am referred back to the store and they are not helping in anyway, they keep on making copies of my ID. This serves to inform you that I am going to lodge a complaint with the DTI - National Consumer Commission Complaints Handling Unit.
