Once againGroupon Proves its the worst for service

Once again I have been trying for almost a month to have my refund processed. I purchased the Aerial Displays on the 27.08.2013 - I have been unsuccessful in redeeming this voucher as each time I called they were not "going up" due to one reason or another. As the voucher was due to expire on the 15.11.2013 I contacted them for a refund on the 01.11.2013 - still calling to see if we could "go up" to no avail. The voucher expiry date was then extended to the end of November 2013. I replied that as I would not be in Jhb I did not want to take up the offer and as the original terms and conditions of the voucher could not be fulfilled I still requested a refund> Guess what I get next please rate our service as we have closed the file. Again I mailed NOT HAPPY and can I have the courtesy a reply> STILL WAITING. After the article in the paper yesterday I think it is time all of the dissatisfied customers lodge complaints with the National Consumer Commission as Hello Peter> I certainly will be doing just that.
