I have sent 5 email since April 17th and not one email has been responded to. I had no working phone for a week due to to cell c direct giving me the wrong Sim card for my phone and they continued to tell me that they the micro Sim was the correct one and I was going to damage my phone if i put a big sim card in. I eventually had to go into store and get them to give me the correct sim card... cell c direct was more inconvenient that standing in a queue at a store.
I had to pay for my month even though I had no working phone for a week, I had to go buy a temporary Sim card and put money in so I could use my old phone - so cell c pro rata that they did benefited them at the expense of me.
