I have been loyal Cell C customer for 2 years and I have been having trouble with my Cell C USB modem for the past 3 weeks. I have been into the Cell C store in the Pavilion Mall on several occasions and every time I get given a new excuse as to why I am unable to connect to the internet. After going back for the 6th time I have had enough and am using this as a "last resort" to see if my complaints will be taken seriously and not fall upon deaf ears. I pay R150 per month for a 2 gig cap which I have received and used at my leisure for over 2 years without any interruptions or difficulty, however this month I still have a complete 2 gig cap because I am unable to connect to the internet and some of the many reasons I have been given were among the following; "Sir your modem is faulty" (after checking my modem which was not faulty I was then told) "Sir head office have been servicing the lines and you may be in an area that is being serviced" (I have never had signal issues and all other networks operate perfectly in my area). I was then given 3 numbers to contact all of which were to no avail as none were able to help me. If I am not successful I will be cancelling my contract!
