3G internet connection frequently disconnected!

I am a prepaid Cell C 3g broadband internet user in Plumstead, Cape Town. Over the last few days my 3g connection gets disconnected every minute I am online. I stay connected for approximately one minute and then the connection gets disconnected. I then reconnect and then the same thing happens the next minute. I am getting a full signal strength. This is driving me insane and completely unacceptable. I am paying for a 3g broadband internet service that I am not getting. I do not accept the scripted corporate response of "we are busy upgrading the network/LTE". Surely even when you upgrade your network you should ensure existing services are not disrupted? How do you suggest I be compensated for this unacceptable service that I am paying for? As a small business owner I would stand to loose a lot of income. This matter needs to be resolved and the relevant technical people need to look into this.

Failure to resolve this serious issue, I will not hesitate to elevate this to the next level. Come on Cell C, it's about time you provide a world class service! Let's see if you can resolve this.
