I have not idea how this company makes money. I call today to ask to speak to someone in their Sales Department. I get a "hello". Eventually I find out that is it Lerato on the other side of the phone who is clearly not interested in assisting me with my requirement.

You have the product that I require. I will not be purchasing it from Neotel though.
