I booked in my Galaxy S3 for repairs at MTN in kimberly at Kimpark on the 1st of may 2013 for repairs because the screen got broken as the phone fell. 2 weeks down the line i recieved an sms saying my phone is back from repairs. i was surprised because i was supposed to recieve a call from MTN s HVRC about the costs, but that didnt happen. i called 808 and they connected me to HVRC which adviced me that my phone wasnt repaired because they couldnt get hold of me on the cellphone number which was supplied to them. it turned out that the consultant who booked my phone supplied HVRC with a wrong cell number. I called the store in kimberly on their cell because they dnt have a landline number because i stay 130km away from kimberly, they never answered of gotten back to me. i ended up asking my friend to go in the shop and i could only then speak to a consultant on my friend's cell. she promised to rebook my phone, which she never did and i had to drive to kimberly on the 07/06/2013 to hear out why all that happened, i wasted my resources and lost out on business to rectify their mistake. they refusing to fix my phone for free and make up for the inconvenience. MTN takes us for granted
