Overcharged account and slow response

I have a 2GB contract for R149 per month from Cell C. When my 2GB runs out, Cell C blocks my usage until the new billing month. Some months, instead of R149, I have R720 coming off my bank account via debit order.

I have called the call centre querying this without getting a satisactory answer. I logged another query on 1 March 2013 regarding this and still await feedback from Cell C. I need to know how the R149 can climb to R720 for a service that cuts me off at the limit. Also the R720 (give or take a few cents each time) is quite an odd figure to be recurring on my account.

I need Cell C to resolve this but it is not easy with the kind of service one receives once getting through to the call centre.
