I have spoken to numerous employees at Virgin Mobile. Every individual i speak to has some excuse for why i have no cell phone service. I have been into the branch, they couldn't help me. I have sat for hours on the phone only to have the phone put down on me. Every indivdual has told me that if the problem is not sorted then they will let me know via email. I have received no emails. I have asked to speak to a superior manager of some sort. they do not take calls, i was told. I asked if they would get one of their superiors to contact me via email or phone. again i have received no calls and no emails in this regard. I have tried to cancel my contract as i refuse to pay for a service that i am not being provided and was told that i must pay some ridiculous figure. I don't understand. I know i am liable to pay for the service, but no such service is being provided so why am i still liable to pay. The amount of time i have spent trying to rectify the problem is ridiculous. and still i have got absolutely no where! No one can help me and no solution or even as much as a explanation has been offered. My only option, as far as i see it, is to cancel my debit order and cancel my contract
